What is Your Body's Core Blueprint?
Blueprinting is the key to getting what you the body and health level you want.
If you were going to remodel your house, you'd need two things: a detailed sketch of what your house looks like now, including what kind of condition it's in, and a specific plan for remaking it to look just like you want it to. You'd need a "Blueprint."
It's the same when you're making over your body. You need to know what Body Type you are, how fast or slow your metabolism is running, how your body reacts to food and which specific muscles you need to change shape to give yourself a beautiful body. Then you make a plan for changing them. If you have a Blueprint, you're guaranteed to get what you want, and changing the shape of your body becomes simple.
